Porsche Concierge
Brief: Building an online platform to provide Porsche clients with premium experiences.
Timeline: 3 months
Process: Vision & Market Strategy. Product Value Proposition & Business Model. Proof of Concept. MVP
My Role: As the only 1 UX in the Discovery, Proof of concept, and Inception phase, my responsibility in the Discovery phase is to conduct user research, including user interview, user journey, and persona. In Proof of concept phase, my main goal is to validate our product concept by creating a landing page for users to test on and design the user testing process. In MVP phase, I work mostly on wireframes, hi-fi mockup pages, and prototype.
User Interviews
Designing the user interview, based on the output we expect from the users. We want to know the motivation of Porsche owners joining the Porsche Club. Our hypotheses of their motivations are making friends, expanding business opportunity, and the passion about Porsche. Through the user interview, we can 1. Validate our hypotheses and 2. Know more about the Porsche owners.
User Journey & Persona
Through the interviews, we know users' motivations and what they do before, during, and after the event. We also find some patterns based on their demographic profile, personal information, and motivations to define the persona.
Proof of Concept
After the user interview, we identify some of the pain points, mostly based on business opportunity, that worth solving. With the worth solving pain points in hands, I facilitate a workshop for the solutions. The method is based on the Lean business model canvas. Then creating the offering page for user testing to validate our concept.
MVP
In the user testing, we ask the users to prioritize the features, so we can decide which functions can be put into MVP based on three dimensions. 1. User's feedback 2. Tech perspective 3. Profitability
Once we align on what functions are included in MVP, I started working on wireframes and prototype.
